Terri may have just had a milestone birthday, but today Nicole is complaining about the little annoyances of aging. This is our reward for 20+ years of raising kids?!

On this week's entertainment-themed Round 2: 79 of the most wonderful dancers in the world arrive at the So You Think You Can Dance Academy, and many of them are quickly shooed out the door.
Over on The West Wing, candidate Matt Santos is trying to get in the door (of The White House) and seems to be wondering if he should take Leo McGarry with him after all in the season 7 premiere, "The Ticket." Next week, the Academy continues on SYTYCD, and we'll watch West Wing's "The Mommy Problem."
AMC Theaters' Summer Movie Camp got us talking: What other businesses would we like to see offer a summer deal for kids? We're ready to drop our children off at any shopping mall, bowling alley, ice rink, or hair salon that will take them.
On this week's Roundabout Roundup, Terri has started a Facebook group called Parenting Young Adults with Special Needs in the Work World, and she'd love for you to join. Catherine's daughter had a great experience with a Me to We service trip to Ecuador. And Nicole is ready to help you get a boost by boosting your hair's volume with Big Sexy Hair Root Pump. Note you can buy that, along with anything else we mention that's available on Amazon, at our storefront.
Thank you as always to Jon Morin for our fun in-and-out music, which you hear on every episode.
Inspired by "Don't Let Her," a sweet song from Walker Hayes, we obsess over all those details and quirks about our kids (and pets) that are important, but known only to us.
An unwelcome visit from a live frog got Nicole thinking about setting boundaries and making rules. She has some complaints about what happens when your adult kids are your roommates.
On this week's entertainment-themed episode, So You Think You Can Dance is back with more auditions. We hope we can remember who we've met thus far when they arrive at the Academy.
With no West Wing Weekly podcast episode last week, we put off West Wing and instead caught up on some reading. Catherine reports on two YA titles, the classic Outsiders and a more recent title called Out of My Mind. Terri listened to My Oxford Year, and urges you not to read any descriptions of it before partaking. Next week, speaking of spoilers: The West Wing's season 7 premiere, "The Ticket," opens with a rather spoiler-y flash forward, but we will power through and discuss that along with SYTYCD.
After reading yet another article about how parents only have 18 summers with their kids (they show up every year), we respond with a hearty "So what?" We can come up with at least 18 things about summer with kids that we're glad to be done with.
On this week's Roundabout Roundup, Nicole's saving money on hotels with SnapTravel. Terri recommends several Broadway podcasts: Geffen Playhouse Unscripted, Billboard on Broadway, and Little Known Fact with Ilana Levine. And Catherine found another time-wasting game: 1010! (and the hotel she mentioned in Boston was the Revolution).
Thank you as always to Jon Morin for our fun in-and-out music, which you hear on every episode.
On this Fourth of July, we're obsessing about what we're not doing for this holiday and so many others. Things change and that can be hard to face. But as we so often do, we have a solution that's a business idea for someone else to execute.
