On Dancing with the Stars, the double elimination turned out to be one elimination (bye, Crishell) and one withdrawal for medical reasons (get well soon, Jeannie). We're still voting for too many of the remaining contestants--while we can. Next week: Icons Night.
As a palate cleanser after two seasons of Veronica Mars, we turned to a much gentler investigation: On the Rocks, a Sofia Coppola movie streaming on AppleTV+. It starred two of our faves, Bill Murray and Rashida Jones, and was a sweet and wistful portrait of a bygone (that is, pre-pandemic) New York City.
