New phone frustration has us wondering if we're too old to be technically savvy, or if it's technology that needs to do a better job meeting our needs.

Enjoyed this podcast. Speaking of phone/computer setup instructions, that's why I've *always* love the setup instructions that come with Dell PCs. They have very detailed setup instructions which *include* detailed pictures for each step.

Frustrations with various IT products/web sites can drive you nuts. A few months ago I changed my email on all my online sites. Almost all went just fine, except for https://slicelife.com. For some weird reason, while they use your email address for your login, they *won't* change that login even if your email changes!!! Luckily you an change the contact email on an order so it's not a major hassle, but not being able to change that login is just idiotic as *everyone* knows that email addresses *CAN* & *DO* change over time. (smh)

p.s. you're feeling old because you *ARE* old. 😁🤣😜
